History

Animation's works today maybe focused in Hollywood or Japan. It is hard to witness the animation's growth in Indonesia, because there aren't many enough works. This is ironic, because animation actually one big potential for showbiz, or any other business. And Indonesia, surely have the human resources to develop it.

One of many Indonesian who answered this challenge is Kojo Anima Studio, a production house at Jalan Terusan Tubagus Ismail Indah Bandung. Kojo maybe not as big as Pixar or Walt Disney studio, but we have the same passion about animation. And again, we are the first animation's production house who's "ready," in Indonesia.

Andriansyah and Vicky Indrawan are the founder of Kojo Anima Studio. Their love to animation, and their anxiety about children's education, encouraged them to establish Kojo Anima Studio at the early of 2005.

To show our consistency to animation, we produced "KUCI" as our first project. It was the first 3D animation serial in Indonesia. This could be a wake up call for other Indonesian movie makers or production house, to make animation's film or product, continuity.

Nowadays, Kojo also worked some others projects such as album's cover for a band called "Four Seasons," and tv commercial for one milk brand.
